KHALIFA K. AL KHALIFA received his bachelor’s degree in international relations from from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland, with a specialization in psychology and a certificate in human rights. Following that, he obtained a graduate certificate in nonprofit management, and, finally, a master’s degree in political communications from Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC.

Khalifa has worked at the Bahraini Mission to the UN in Geneva, before founding and serving as the CEO of Visionaries Bahrain from 2013 to 2017. He then converted Visionaries into a subsidiary of Starlight Consulting, a boutique communications consultancy firm also founded by him. He lives in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dissensus is his first novel.
